1.Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goalmetry website and football analytics platform (the "Service"), operated by Goalmetry Technology, 11280 Granite Ridge Drive, Suite 200, The Ridges — Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV 89135, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3.Description of the Service

Goalmetry is a statistical analytics platform. We calculate probabilities, confidence, risk and opportunity scores from historical and contextual football match data, and present them across markets (goals, corners, cards, shots, goalkeeper saves, match result and more).

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not betting advice, not tips, and not bookmaker odds, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or gambling advice. Any decision you make based on the Service is your own, taken at your own risk.

4.Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately at support@goalmetry.com of any unauthorized use.

5.Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices and plan features are shown at checkout. The plans differ by how many competitions you can follow: Basic lets you choose 10 competitions, Pro lets you choose 30, and Premium includes every competition we cover. When you buy a paid plan, your account is activated only after payment is confirmed, and your access runs for the full 30-day period you paid for.

Your chosen competitions can be changed once every 30 days. Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal, and applicable taxes may be added.

6.Free Trial

If you sign up for the Free plan, you get a 3-day trial with full access to every competition. When the 3 days end, free access stops and you are invited to choose a paid plan to continue. The trial does not convert into a paid plan automatically — you choose if and when to subscribe. Customers who sign up by purchasing a paid plan do not receive a separate free trial. We may change or withdraw trial offers at any time.

7.Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

8.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, copy or resell the Service's data, signals or content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our models or source code.
• Share, resell or sublicense your account access.
• Use bots or automated means to access the Service in bulk, or overload our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

9.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, design, text and visual assets, is owned by Goalmetry and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes while your subscription is active. All other rights are reserved.

10.Third-Party Data & Links

Match data is supplied by third-party providers. While we work to keep it accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all data, statistics or results are error-free or complete. The Service may link to third-party sites that are governed by their own terms.

11.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, uninterrupted or error-free, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and only where it is legal for you. The Service is for users 18+; it provides analysis, not a recommendation to bet. Gambling involves risk and can be addictive — please seek help if it stops being fun.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goalmetry and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from decisions, wagers or actions you take based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Goalmetry harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

15.Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
